Q. Where are MADCAPZ manufactured?
A. MADCAPZ are entirely manufactured here in the USA. Our factory is in North Carolina.
Q. How do I care for my MADCAPZ?
A. MADCAPZ are 100% cotton and machine washable. Line dry is recommended. We leave ours on top of the dryer!
Q. What is the sizing of the women’s cap?
A. MADCAPZ are made in the low profile fit style. This means that there is less room in the crown of the cap which better suits most women’s heads. The adjustable strap in the back of the cap allows for easy adjustment so that MADCAPZ can fit a variety of sizes.
Q. What are MADCAPZ made from?
A. MADCAPZ fabrics are 100% cotton.

Q. How can I have my photo on the MADCAPZ website?
A. We LOVE to receive photos of MADCAPZ customers wearing our MADCAPZ! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org your photo as an attachment and we’ll put your photo up on our site.
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. We pride ourselves on customer service. Most orders are shipped same day or next day using USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. In most parts of the US, the package usually arrives within 2 to 3 days of mailing. If there is a delay with us shipping out your package, for whatever reason, you will receive an email explaining why there is a delay.
Q. Can you rush my order?
A. Yes, orders can be sent overnight or Priority Mail for an additional shipping cost.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. If we ship to your country, you can order online and the system will calculate your shipping charges. Please give us a call at 914-484-2678 or email us at email@example.com at if you have any questions.
Q. Can I pay by phone?
A. Our site is secure and we offer payment through Paypal or credit cards. However, if you would prefer to order by phone, we would be happy to take your order. Q. Do you do custom orders?
A. Yes, we do prepare custom orders, however there is a minimum order quantity to do so. Please call us at 914-484-2678 to further discuss.
Q. Do you monogram or embroider your caps or visors?
A. We can monogram or embroider your order, however, there is an added cost to do so. Please call us at 914-484-2678 to further discuss.
Q. What if I am unhappy with my MADCAPZ? May I return it?
A. We certainly hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within 10 days of purchase as long as the item is in brand new condition with original tags attached. Please call us at 914-484-2678 to let us know you are returning your items. Refunds are made once the returned items are received by us.
