Welcome to the Madcapz blog!

The introduction of this blog coincides with the relaunch of the Madcapz website.  I am so excited about the new look of Madcapz and its’ new features, especially this blog.  And the timing couldn’t be better because for me fall always marks a beginning and a time to start anew.  My kids are back in school (one happily, one not so happily) and fall is in the air ushering in a new season.  What a great time to start something new!

Also, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I’m so pleased to be relaunching our site during this special month. Since I began this business I have gotten to know so many women with breast cancer who are undergoing treatment and experiencing hair loss, either as customers or as gift recipients of Madcapz.  And I am so proud that during the month of October, Madcapz will be donating 20% of all sales to breastcancer.org, a wonderful organization that provides reliable and up-to-date information about breast cancer. They help women make sense of the complex medical and personal information about breast cancer, so they can make the best decisions for their lives.

What a great way to give back but an even better way to start the next phase of Madcapz.  We plan to continue to give to causes that we care about.
